Role Objective
To drive brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to B2B, HoReCa, and food industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with business goals (B2B + HoReCa focus)
- Drive lead generation initiatives (digital campaigns, LinkedIn, industry outreach)
- Define brand positioning for product categories (seasonings, savoury solutions, etc.)
- Work closely with sales, R&D, and leadership to translate product capabilities into marketable narratives
- Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Build content strategy (case studies, application stories, client success stories)
- Oversee creation of marketing collaterals and digital content
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights
- Support participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and HoReCa activations
- Track and optimize campaign performance and ROI
