Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern who will support Kapstag's sales and growth activities. The intern will help identify potential clients, generate leads, reach out to decision-makers, schedule meetings, and support business development campaigns.

This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to B2B sales, recruitment services, client acquisition, and professional business communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and online research
  • Connect with HR leaders, founders, business heads, and hiring managers
  • Introduce Kapstag's recruitment and workforce solutions
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Maintain lead trackers and sales pipeline data
  • Support proposal, presentation, and client communication activities
  • Assist in LinkedIn marketing and basic digital promotion
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and hiring mandates

Eligibility
