As a social media & growth intern, you will help build, manage, and grow our digital presence across platforms by creating engaging content, understanding audience behavior, and supporting brand communication strategies.
This is a creative + growth-focused role, centered on content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and learning how social media drives real business impact.
The first 10 days are completely training-oriented, where you will learn tools, formats, trends, workflows, and brand positioning before taking ownership of responsibilities.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Support reel ideas, hooks, captions, and content calendar planning.
- Research trends, hashtags, formats, and competitor strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
- Assist in basic video editing, thumbnail creation, and post scheduling.
- Contribute to executing social media growth and engagement strategies.
- Monitor audience behavior and engagement insights.
- Track content performance metrics and share improvement suggestions with the growth team.
- Support lead generation and community-building initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and career advisory teams.
- Participate actively in training sessions, reviews, mentorship, and feedback discussions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and implement feedback consistently.
- Represent the brand professionally across digital platforms.
