Job Key Skills:
- Basic understanding or strong interest in ATL/BTL marketing, on-ground activations, and event execution.
- Willingness to learn vendor coordination and event management coordination.
- Good communication skills with an interest in developing negotiation abilities.
- Eagerness to understand and support marketing activities ( BTL ) for new launches and sustenance projects.
- Strong curiosity to learn about micro-markets, competitor analysis, and local geography.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute with guidance.
- Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends, as per business requirements.
Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates:
- Background in luxury real estate, premium automobile brands, advertising or BTL agencies, and other premium industries preferred.
- Internships or prior industry exposure will be an added advantage.
