Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager who can act as the bridge between our clients and internal execution team. This role requires strong communication, basic marketing understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
  • Coordinate with SEO, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track campaign performance and share regular updates with clients
  • Conduct client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth
  • Maintain proper documentation of client communication and project status

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client servicing
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and communication platforms
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferable
