Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media marketing activities across platforms to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, design, and run marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with company goals.
- Create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including targeting, budgeting, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Execute offline marketing campaigns such as print promotions, local branding, and on-ground activities.
- Coordinate and align all marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, posters, and banners with brand guidelines.
- Assist in exhibition planning, stall branding, promotional material coordination, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of online & offline marketing strategies.
- Good coordination, communication, and planning skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to branding and detail.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools and campaign reporting is a plus.
