Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Market Surveyor/Business Development – Corporate Real Estate. The Market Surveyor will conduct regular field surveys of commercial properties, business districts, and emerging micro-markets to capture accurate data on availability, rentals, pricing trends, and occupancy. Responsibilities include visiting sites, meeting local brokers or landlords, collecting and validating property information, and updating internal databases and trackers. The role involves preparing concise survey reports, maps, and market comparison sheets to support client presentations and transaction strategies. The Market Surveyor will collaborate closely with the advisory and transaction teams, provide timely market intelligence, and help identify new opportunities and risks in the Mumbai corporate real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Strong market research and data collection abilities, including field surveys, data validation, and basic trend analysis.
• Solid knowledge or interest in corporate real estate markets, including office spaces, business districts, and commercial property types.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic presentation tools to maintain property databases and prepare simple market reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy in recording information, and ability to work systematically in the field.
• Ability to work on-site across Mumbai, with strong time management, reliability, and a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or experience in real estate, market research, or property brokerage is an advantage.
