Market Researcher

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Market Researcher who can build a strong reporting and insights engine across teams. This role is focused on consistently generating high-quality reports, tracking market movements, and translating data into clear, usable insights for decision-making.

The charter for this role will include:

• Owning regular research and reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) across market trends, users, and competitors
• Designing and executing primary and secondary research to support ongoing reporting needs
• Collecting and organizing data through surveys, interviews, and online research
• Analyzing data and converting it into structured reports, summaries, and presentations
• Tracking industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity on a continuous basis
• Maintaining a central repository of research and reports for easy access and reference
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather inputs and deliver timely reports
• Managing external stakeholders and coordination for research inputs

Ideal Persona would:

• Brings 2–4 years of experience in market research or insights, with a strong focus on structured reporting and output
• Is comfortable working with large volumes of data and turning it into clear, decision-ready reports
• Has the ability to synthesize information quickly and highlight what actually matters
• Brings rigour and consistency to reporting — not missing details, not missing timelines
• Is confident working with ambiguity, and can convert open-ended asks into well-defined outputs
• Communicates insights in a way that is crisp, structured, and easy to consume
• Can manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies without slowing down delivery.
