Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Development Representatives (CDRs) to achieve campaign goals and maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Drive team accountability and ensure adherence to established workflows.
2. Campaign Oversight:
- Supervise call campaigns for Inside Sales and ABM teams, ensuring a 15-20% contact rate on each campaign.
- Oversee daily campaign progress through dashboards and share detailed audit reports with stakeholders via Teams and email.
3. Data Management Quality Assurance:
- Strategize and execute database clean-ups to improve data quality and match rates.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, suggesting external research when required.
- Perform audits on transaction records, ensuring data accuracy against raw files and online sources.
- Review and validate Quality Control (QC) reports for completeness.
- Create and maintain up-to-date processing and quality control manuals for the team.
4. Process Improvement Collaboration:
- Collaborate with managers to implement new technical projects and ensure smooth delivery of outgoing data.
- Monitor incoming data accuracy and updates in internal systems like WIRED .
- Support ongoing process improvement and data management initiatives within the Campaign Development department.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Graduate).
- 3-4 years of experience in data management , process management , and stakeholder management .
- Proven experience in a leadership role , preferably managing campaign development or Inside Sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Account-Based Management (ABM) experience preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
