Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Market Research Manager to drive our growth in the B2B Fintech SaaS space. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights that will inform our market entry, product development, pricing, and overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fintech industry and extensive experience in B2B market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Sizing and Opportunity Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to validate and size potential B2B Fintech SaaS markets, identifying growth rates, segment potential, and new

opportunities.

  • Competitor Benchmarking and Intelligence: Gather and evaluate competitor activities, including product offerings, pricing structures, marketing tactics, and market share, to inform our competitive positioning and identify gaps.
  • Pricing Research and Strategy: Design and execute pricing studies to test and optimize pricing models that resonate with target B2B customers and maximize revenue.
  • Customer and User Insights: Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data on consumer buying habits, demographics, needs, and preferences within the B2B financial services sector

(e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups).

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical software to monitor sales and market trends, interpret data, and forecast future shifts.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to

clearly and concisely communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to

senior management and cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing).

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product development, marketing, and sales teams to

ensure research insights are integrated into go-to-market strategies and product

enhancements.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes

in the B2B Fintech SaaS landscape.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Market Research Analyst or Manager, preferably within the Fintech, B2B SaaS, or IT consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting market sizing, competitor analysis, and pricing research.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in market research software and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python,

Excel).

Good to have Skills

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and survey platforms (e.g.,

SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer behavior in the

financial sector, and competitive strategies.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research

projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
