Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Market Research & Pre-Sales Executive / Trainee to join the Executive Office. This role focuses on social media intelligence, prospect identification, and strategic research, directly supporting leadership in identifying high-growth brands and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily social media scouting across LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram groups, and relevant communities
  • Identify potential brands, advertisers, D2C founders, performance marketers, and startup owners
  • Track trending discussions, new product launches, and high-growth brands
  • Build and maintain structured prospect databases in CRM
  • Extract verified contact details and qualification insights
  • Monitor competitor activity, campaigns, and partnership announcements
  • Share weekly intelligence reports with leadership
  • Support Pre-Sales strategy by identifying new vertical opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure 100% CRM hygiene

Requirements

  • 6 months 1 year of experience in Research, Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn search filters, Reddit communities, and Telegram channels/groups
  • Excellent online research and data mining capabilities
  • Ability to identify growth-stage brands and key decision-makers
  • Strong communication and structured reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
  • Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
