Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Market Research Lead capable of heading an intellectual market research team within the Business Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-backed business intelligence, identifying new market opportunities, enabling strategic expansion, and supporting leadership decision-making with actionable insights.

This role requires strong leadership capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex research into clear business direction.

Strategic Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping

  • Lead comprehensive market research initiatives across domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting.
  • Lead comprehensive market research across robotics, sanitation, infrastructure, Medical mobility, cleantech,
  • Identify emerging trends in robotics, cleantech, sanitation, smart cities, and government sectors

Business Strategy Support

  • Provide data-driven insights to Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with strong research-backed recommendations.
  • Assist leadership in expansion planning (state-wise, national, and international).
  • Prepare detailed research reports and board-level presentations.

Government & Institutional Market Analysis

  • Study central and state government policies, tenders, procurement models, and funding schemes.
  • Map key decision-makers and stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks affecting robotics and mechanized sanitation sectors.
  • Track Smart City, Urban Local Body (ULB), PSU, and infrastructure project pipelines.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Use analytical tools to generate dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Present quarterly and annual strategic research reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA Marketing/Strategy), Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 38 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven experience in leading market research teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience in deep-tech, robotics, cleantech, infrastructure, or government sector research is preferred.
