Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Cold calling.
- Call associates and create awareness about the product.
- Pitch KYC completion as a mandatory requirement and support associates in completing their profile/KYC information.
- Collect insights on the reasons why associates may not be willing to opt for ASR and record key trends.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update daily/weekly reports for analysis.
