Market Research Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 10 to 12 weeks (as per academic curriculum)

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Eligibility: 2nd and 3rd year students from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions with a strong academic record.

The Role

Work directly with the founding team on strategic research. You will find opportunities, track industry trends, and turn what you learn into insights that shape decisions.

What You'll Do

• Research the recruitment, SaaS, and HR-tech markets across regions.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and partnership openings.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and growth drivers.
• Build clear reports and briefing notes for the leadership team.
• Support the Founder on other work, such as pitch decks and GTM strategy.
  
  

Who You Are

• A current IIT, NIT, or IIIT student with a strong academic record.
• Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Interest in startups, strategy, or recruitment is a plus.
• Comfortable with Excel or Sheets and Google Workspace; Notion a bonus.
