About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Intern to support our research initiatives in the rapidly growing AI data handling industry. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and profiling companies that operate in areas such as data labelling, data annotation, synthetic data generation, data management platforms, AI data infrastructure, and privacy-preserving data solutions.
You will work closely with the strategy, product, and business development teams to deliver insights that inform decision-making and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on companies involved in:
- Data labeling & annotation
- AI data management and MLOps platforms
- Synthetic data providers
- Enterprise AI data handling solutions
- Build and maintain a structured database of companies, including size, funding, products, customers, and competitive advantages.
- Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the AI data ecosystem.
- Evaluate business models, revenue streams, product portfolios, and partnerships of target companies.
- Assist in preparing market reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams.
- Track industry news, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and product announcements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and client-facing insights.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to summarize information clearly and create structured reports.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
