Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Market Research & Data Analyst to support our sales and marketing operations by researching, collecting, analyzing, and organizing high-quality business data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data scraping, lead database creation, CRM data management, and strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to gather business, industry, and contact-level data from various sources
• Generate targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, job title, and other filters
• Perform data scraping, validation, deduplication, and formatting of datasets
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information
• Use tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for contact and company intelligence
• Build and manage structured data sheets for sales outreach and campaigns
• Support marketing & sales teams with analytics, reports, and actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness in all deliverables
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards or summary reports as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

24 years experience in data research, market intelligence, or data analysis

Strong expertise in Excel / Google Sheets (functions, filtering, pivot tables, formatting)

Experience in data scraping, lead list building, and web research

Hands-on usage of tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Good written communication & documentation skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in IT services / digital marketing industry
• Knowledge of data automation tools or scripts (not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of reporting or visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.)
