Roles and Responsibilities
Client Engagements
- Lead the execution of market research projects, develop project plans, manage day-to-day project activities, and oversee the creation of client-ready deliverables
- Own methodology and survey design (quant surveys and qual guides), ensuring alignment with project objectives under leadership guidance
- Interpret brand priorities and client requirements to frame hypotheses, apply effective analytical approaches to uncover actionable insights, and collaborate with the team to anticipate and resolve potential challenges
- Lead project engagement by assuming ownership of communication with clients, coordinating team meetings and managing the execution from planning and design to insight generation and final recommendations
- Lead efficiency and quality enhancements through process optimization and automation, uphold accuracy and consistency across team deliverables, and mentor juniors to generate strategically meaningful insights in-line with Viscadia's business focus and client base
- Synthesize findings and analyses into executive presentations that deliver an evidence-based story on the topics in focus
- Present forecast models and presentations to senior client executives
Organizational Imperatives
- Guide and coach team members to ensure project as well as organizational success against set plans
- Contribute to the talent acquisition process by helping devise and execute strategies for attracting talent and bringing more people on board
- Work closely with other functional experts at Viscadia including forecasting, tech solutions etc.
- Assume ownership of internal practice development and capability building initiatives
- Contribute to the broader success of the organization and participate in idea generation and innovation in expanding company services and product offerings
Business Development
- Work with Principals/Managers to develop project proposals and collaborate on business development calls
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience working in the analytics and/or consulting space in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years of market research experience with exposure to demand assessment and conjoint analysis
- Prior experience in developing forecast models and/or working on commercial assessments is a plus
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel (knowledge of VBA is preferred)
- Knowledge of tools such as R, SAS, Python, SPSS, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power BI/Tableau, and concepts including hypothesis testing, stat analysis, weighting, Max Diff, and raking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience with client interactions and ability to deliver clear and concise presentations both internally and externally
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills
- Collaborative work approach and demonstrated ability to lead teams
