About the Opportunity
Get a first-hand look at how markets, businesses and opportunities are researched and evaluated within India's real estate ecosystem.

As a Market Research Intern, you will support the team in primary research, market mapping and business intelligence, helping build insights that contribute to understanding companies, sectors and market opportunities.

What You'll Work On

• Conduct primary and secondary market research across the Indian real estate sector.

• Research companies, markets and industry participants to build actionable intelligence.

• Gather, validate and organise market and company-level information.

• Support the team in identifying market trends, business opportunities and competitive landscapes.

• Assist with preparing research databases, presentations and analytical reports.

• Develop an understanding of how market intelligence feeds into business strategy, investments and M&A-led decision making.

  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Students pursuing Finance, Economics, BBA/B.Com, MBA/PGDM or related disciplines.

• Strong interest in Finance, Investments, M&A, Consulting or Real Estate.

• Good research, communication and analytical skills.

• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint and online research.

• Curious, detail-oriented and willing to dig beyond surface-level information.
