We operate across multiple B2B verticals serving infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial clients across India.

We are building a strong market intelligence and growth engine and are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Research Associate who can help us identify where the next set of projects, clients, and sectors will come from.

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-calibre B2B Market & Growth Research Associate to systematically track upcoming projects, target clients, sectors, and demand signals relevant to modular structures, PEBs, temporary & semi-permanent sheds, and prefabricated solutions.

This is a hands-on, insight-driven role that directly supports senior leadership, sales, and strategic decision-making. The role is judged by the quality and relevance of opportunities surfaced, not by the volume of reports generated.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Project Research

  • Identify upcoming and live B2B projects across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, ports, power, refineries, MIDC / industrial estates, etc.
  • Track capex announcements, expansions, greenfield and brownfield projects.

Client & Account Intelligence

  • Identify target companies, plants, and key decision-makers.
  • Build structured account intelligence including business overview, locations, project plans, and procurement patterns.
  • Support sales teams with pre-meeting research and opportunity briefs.

Sector & Use-Case Identification

  • Continuously scan for new sectors and applications for modular sheds, PEBs, and prefabricated / quick-deploy structures.
  • Evaluate emerging sectors such as EV, renewables, data centers, defense, and new-age manufacturing.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Track key competitors, business models (rental vs sale), positioning, and indicative pricing benchmarks where available.
  • Identify gaps, white spaces, and growth opportunities in the market.

Tools-Based Research & Reporting

  • Actively use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, project / tender portals, MCA filings, annual reports, investor presentations, and industry databases.
  • Maintain clean, structured trackers and databases (Excel / Sheets / CRM-ready).
  • Convert research into clear insights, opportunity shortlists, and management-ready notes.

Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in B2B market research, sales intelligence, strategy, consulting, or growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of project-based, relationship-driven B2B sales environments.
  • Prior exposure to industrial, infrastructure, EPC, construction, manufacturing, PEB, prefab, or allied sectors is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, project portals, databases).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and structured reporting.
