Job Description

Shift time - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Location - Pune, hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Pursues effective relationships with others by proactively providing resources, information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members.   • Contributes to the communication of market research findings by: interpreting analyses to identify study findings; editing and generating reports and presentations, developing standard templates, and drafting reports unique to the project; and communicating and presenting findings to business partners.
  • Supports the development of knowledge by: identifying new research methodologies; and preparing reports and documents for knowledge-sharing platforms, updating content as requested, and executing on design tasks.
  • Develops market research ideas by: using various resources to estimate and evaluate the size, scope, and costs for moderately complex research projects, draft research proposals, and identify business line and research knowledge gaps; and designing and implementing methodology and analysis plans to test hypotheses in line with project timelines and goals for workstream.
  • Executes market research by: identifying a vendor, getting them under contract, and managing vendors under minimal guidance; following standard procedures to support the efforts of primary and secondary data collection with internal teams and vendors and ensuring best practices are utilized; constructing moderately complex datasets to develop analytical frameworks required for analyzing market and competitor trends; and performing moderately complex quantitative and qualitative analyses and investigating alternative hypotheses with comprehensive foundational knowledge of data analysis.
  • Maintains stakeholder relationships by: answering complex stakeholder questions about research projects; and building trusting relationships with stakeholders and becoming familiar with their business needs.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, business operations, market analysis, or related areas.
  • Experience with healthcare market research, benchmarking, and secondary research is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data extraction, relational databases, and visualization tools.
