Description:

Market research analysts help business to understand which products/services/ LoBs are in demand, which demographics comprise their target audience and how much target audience is willing to pay for their products or services

This information can help make informed decisions about their GTM offers, strategies and sales techniques and produce more optimal results.

Objective:

Understand business objectives and design researches to gain insights into prospective customer's preferences

Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices

Perform quantitative and qualitative research into prospects, competitors, and markets.

Analyse data from multiple sources to identify market trends, competition

Create reports, presentations, and action items based on collected data

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and share insights on a regular basis

Review and interpret large data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphs

Engage with Product and Marketing team to align efforts, direction and findings

Desired Skill:

Experience working as a market research analyst or in a similar role (favourably for UAE, Africa & Americas markets)

Knowledge of data warehousing/ mining

Familiarity using CRM (LSQ)

Demonstrated success predicting market trends

Passion for research and analysis
