About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to drive market intelligence, competitive research, customer insights, and strategic analysis across the FinTech and InsurTech ecosystem. The role involves translating complex market data into actionable insights to support business, product, strategy, and leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research across FinTech, InsurTech, banking, lending and insurance.
• Track market trends, market size, customer behaviour, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking covering products, pricing, positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyse customer needs, behaviours, and market opportunities through surveys, interviews, and desk research.
• Develop TAM/SAM/SOM, market sizing, forecasts, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Monitor competitor activity, partnerships, and product launches.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative research into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Support market entry, product strategy, business expansion, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Any UG or PG degree; MBA is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, strategy, consulting, investment research, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of FinTech, InsurTech, BFSI, banking, lending, or insurance.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple credible sources and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
