This is a full-time, on-site role for a Market Research Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting actionable recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making. The role also entails working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement market-driven insights.

• Proficiency in Market Research and Market Analysis techniques to identify trends and opportunities effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent Communication and Research skills to gather, present, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques (e.g., SPSS, Excel) is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in market research or a similar role is a plus.
