Job Specification:

• Qualifications: B.Sc./B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech (Biotech, Microbiology, Pharmacy and any life science or healthcare stream)

• Experience: Fresher

• Probation: 4 Months

• Location: Pune/Gurgaon

• Bond: 1 Year

• Work Mode: Hybrid (After Probation)

• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Including night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for identifying healthcare professionals across the world

• You'll be responsible for connecting with healthcare professionals.

• You'll be responsible for recruiting these healthcare professionals for our market research projects.

• You'll be using techniques such as cold calling, extensive mail campaigns and connecting on LinkedIn to enhance our database.

Skill set required:

• Any graduate with fluency in either English or any other European language.

• Life science graduates preferred

• Good IQ

• Should be Flexible for changing shifts

• KPO/BPO experience preferred

Selection process: There will be two rounds for the selection process –

• Assessment Test

• PI - 1st Round – HR Interview
