Role Description The Market Recruitment Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding suitable talent to support Kheewa Incorporation's consulting and promotion activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing clear and accurate job descriptions, sourcing candidates through online platforms and professional networks, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. The role involves conducting initial interviews, assessing candidate fit against defined requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to finalize hiring decisions. The Market Recruitment Executive will also maintain recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes to ensure efficient and inclusive recruitment practices.
