As we scale our commerce business, we're looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager who can own and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms like a business owner — not just manage listings.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for someone who understands how marketplaces truly scale — through performance marketing, conversion optimization, pricing strategy, and relentless experimentation.
  • You'll own marketplace growth end-to-end, driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence across channels.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has worked with high-growth D2C brands and has a proven track record of moving key marketplace metrics like ROAS, ACOS, and CVR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale marketplace revenue across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms
  • Manage end-to-end marketplace P&L including pricing, margins, and growth targets
  • Drive performance marketing by optimizing ads, bids, keywords, and budgets to improve ROAS and ACOS
  • Improve conversion rates (CVR) through listing optimization, creatives, A+ content, reviews, and catalog quality
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities including launches, promotions, category expansion, and pricing strategies
  • Work closely with supply chain, product, design, and operations teams to ensure strong catalog presence and availability
  • Build dashboards and monitor critical metrics including revenue, CAC, ACOS, ROAS, CVR, and contribution margins
  • Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate to unlock scalable growth

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace growth roles
  • Proven experience scaling brands on Amazon and/or Flipkart
  • Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience managing ads dashboards and marketplace tools
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • High ownership, execution focus, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
