About the Role

We are seeking a Pixel Tracking & Configuration Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting tracking infrastructure across multiple ad platforms and CRM systems. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate attribution, optimizing marketing campaigns, and resolving complex tracking issues for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end pixel setup, configuration, and QA across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.

  • Audit, implement, and optimize tracking systems (pixels, tags, GTM setups) to ensure data accuracy.

  • Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues across websites, CRMs, and analytics platforms.

  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business objectives and align tracking infrastructure accordingly.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to support end-to-end customer journey tracking.

  • Stay updated on evolving tracking policies (iOS privacy updates, cookie changes, etc.) and advise on best practices.

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights.

  • Provide technical support and documentation to internal teams and client partners.

About You

  • Proven experience in pixel setup and troubleshooting for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), server-side tagging, and attribution modeling.

  • Familiarity with major CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and their integrations with ad platforms.

  • Hands-on experience resolving tracking discrepancies and implementing best practices for e-commerce brands.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently translate complex issues into actionable solutions.

  • Growth mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking.
