We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join ETF Market Making (Institutional )desk. The role involves ensuring continuous liquidity, tight spreads, and efficient price discovery for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) across Indian exchanges.
Location - Mumbai , Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Provide two-way quotes (bid/ask) for ETFs across exchanges ensuring optimal spreads and liquidity
- Monitor ETF prices vs. underlying NAV/IOPV and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities
- Track and manage inventory positions, risk exposure, and hedging strategies
- Coordinate with trading, operations, and compliance teams for seamless execution
- Analyze market trends, volumes, and volatility to refine market-making strategies
- Ensure adherence to exchange regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Optimize execution using trading systems, algos, and automation tools
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in ETF trading / market making / arbitrage / institutional dealing
- Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and ETF structures
- Proficiency in Excel, trading platforms, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of risk management and hedging techniques
- NISM certifications
- Strong analytical mindset with the reflexes of a trader and the discipline of a risk manager
