Eligibility

Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or Rural Development

Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.

Candidates should be comfortable with field-based work and farmer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate seed bookings and timely delivery through FPOs.

Provide agronomic support and crop advisory to farmers.

Promote agri-inputs and generate village-level demand.

Build farmer and FPO relationships.

Support post-harvest procurement and market linkages.

Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of agriculture and farming practices

Strong communication and farmer engagement skills

Ability to work with FPOs and rural communities

Willingness to travel and work in the field

Interest in market linkage and agribusiness operations
