Purpose:
Transforms complex internal and externaldata into decision-relevantinformation to increase saleseffectiveness and support business growth. Isaccountable for developingstandardand ad-hoc reports that empowers sales and support teams to makedata-driven decisions, optimize strategies, capitalize on market opportunities, and mitigate risks (fromcompetitors).
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver sales performance reports and dashboards, analyzing deviations from targets to provide actionable recommendations for corrective measures and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with global analyst communities (Market & Comp. Foresight Specialists and Global Analytics) to share best practices, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure methodological alignment.
- MQM-Account level process owner
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market potential, market share, and competitor activities to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and risks. Derive recommendations
- Participate in joint research projects on market segments, e. g. industries and competitors. As well as conducting analysis of growth fields, growth scenariosand market trends
- Participate in international measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty (CLS and CSTprogram).
- Handle / coordinate the handling of local alerts (unsatisfied customers)
- Preparation and review of local Market Outperformance Report, Festo Market Model Updates,Market Trend Radar and Competitor Report
