Graduate/MBA with proven experience in Business Development, International Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales. Engineering background will be an added advantage. German language certification such as Goethe/CEFR-certified B2/C1 will be preferred.

- Role and Responsibilities
- Research and identify target plants, industries, and potential customers across German-speaking European markets
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and international calls to generate business opportunities.
- Introduce company services and digital engineering solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities through consultative discussions.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with technical sales teams for further business discussions and proposal support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and customer interaction updates.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate internally with technical and business teams to support sales and market expansion activities
- Salary- Competitive, commensurate with experience
- Work Shift-European business-hours shift (approx. 1:00 pm–10:00 pm IST). No night shifts
