Roles And Responsibilities
- The Market Development Manager will act as a key outward-facing representative of Fidel, responsible for building market presence, establishing senior-level relationships, and generating qualified business opportunities.
- Keep himself and management updated about Marketing Events happening in India and Abroad. The targeted domains will be informed by management from time to time.
- The role focuses on market outreach, ecosystem engagement, and lead-to-opportunity conversion, working closely with the Sales and Leadership teams.
- Represent Fidel at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, and networking forums across India. Drive brand visibility and positioning of Fidel within target industries and enterprise/GCC ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network across markets (Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi etc.).
- Search for possible interested companies and key decision makers in event and connect with them. Connect at mid-level, CXO level executives and market about Fidel
- Convert these prospects into opportunities / leads and hand over to sales
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors/suppliers.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts.
- Conduct client site visits, risk assessments, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure events meet branding, compliance, and quality standards.
- Handle on-site coordination and troubleshoot any issues in real-time.
- Manage event promotion, invitations, and social media updates if applicable.
