Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for a Market Development Manager. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing market entry and growth strategies, creating and managing business plans, and building sales strategies. The Market Development Manager will actively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Market Planning, and Market Research
• Experience in Business Planning and strategy development
• Strong skills in Sales and client relationship management
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in market development or a similar role is an advantage
