Job Summary:We are looking for an MBA Marketing candidate who will be responsible for market development, market penetration strategies, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand building. This role is focused on marketing strategy and market expansion and is not a direct sales role.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new markets and industry segments for company products.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, campaigns, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media content.
- Manage digital marketing activities (LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, SEO, Email campaigns).
- Track and report marketing campaign performance.
- Build brand awareness in target industries.
Required Qualification:- MBA in Marketing (Fresher or 13 years experience)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred
- Knowledge of B2B Marketing is a big advantage
