Perform engineering assessments of marine Terminal facilities, including berthing, mooring and other facilities
Has ability to provide innovative solutions /automations/ methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest Global
Perform operational assessments to assist facilities with risk management activities and assuring compliance with industry standards
Coordinate the activities between customer, regional and global technical teams
Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions.
Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations.
Read and interpret general arrangement drawings, structural drawings and design calculation sheets, understand the components within the marine terminal.
Understand the inspection data, inspection summary and assign the damage class based on the equipment degradation documents.
Perform probability failure assessments and failure consequence assessments.
Work Experience
Education and Experience:
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Heavy Industrial assets (Don't delete this point)
Bachelor's or master's in Marine Structures, Ocean/Coastal engineering, Offshore structures, Dredging and Harbour Engineering disciplines
Master's in Structural Engineering with experience in Marine terminal structure design experience.
Experience in the field of Marine Terminal / Coastal Structural / Ports / Harbor / Berthing & Mooring
Minimum 1-3 years relevant industry experience

Solid technical and analytical skills
Strong communication, innovative thinking, and teamwork capabilities
Knowledge of key industry guidelines for marine
Knowledge of berthing, mooring and fender
Capable of reading and interpreting drawings and specifications for typical marine terminal components (cargo transfer systems, mooring, fenders, gangways, etc.)
Experience of marine terminal structures and facilities (e.g., ship size, effective mooring layouts, gangway and loading arm or hose operating envelopes, etc.)
Experience in assessing existing marine terminal operations
