Marine Technical Superintendent

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Marine Technical Superintendent. The responsibilities include managing the technical operations of a fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, overseeing regular inspections and surveys, and ensuring vessels are maintained in optimal working condition. Additionally, the role requires coordinating repairs, dry dockings, and preventive maintenance, and ensuring cost-effective management of operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Proven expertise in Ship Management and Maritime operations
• Experience in Marine Engineering and Sailing
• Skills in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and cost control in marine operations
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and licenses as per industry standards are highly desirable
• Prior experience in managing offshore vessels is a plus
