We are seeking an experienced Marine Engineer/Marine Project Manager to lead and manage marine engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering and project management, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and oversee marine engineering projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including naval architects, designers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for marine projects.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of marine systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• 10-20 years of experience in marine engineering or project management.
• Strong knowledge of marine engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software and marine design tools.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
