This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a MariaDB Administrator. The successful candidate will manage and maintain MariaDB servers, ensuring optimum database performance, reliability, and security. Responsibilities include database installation, configuration, upgrades, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient database solutions, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Strong expertise in MariaDB administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in performance optimization, query tuning, and database monitoring tools.
• Experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of database security practices, user management, and access control.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and other programming languages is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as MySQL/MariaDB certifications would be an advantage.
