Job Description

Location: Bangalore (Office) | Davao Del Sur, Philippines (Remote) | Shillong / Guwahati, Northeast India (Remote)

About the Role: We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business. You'll research target companies, generate quality leads, and reach out to set up meetings with their decision-makers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Generate high-quality sales leads
  • Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospects
  • Conduct warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Understand client needs and articulate our value proposition
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and our technical or senior team
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong persistence and resilience when facing rejection
  • Confidence in speaking with senior management and technical teams
  • Good research and lead-generation abilities
