Job Description

Job Role: Final Test Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer

ICT develops and manufacture the most advanced Scanning Electron Microscopes. This role is for the Manufacturing organization - to build, calibrate and test our products while meeting all the requirements, specifications and standards as committed to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive final testing of electron beam columns to verify functionality, performance, and adherence to specifications.

  • Perform calibration, alignment, and diagnostic procedures on electron beam systems.

  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Document test procedures, results, and discrepancies, providing detailed reports and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with our supporting functions and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.

  • Maintain and update testing equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as required.

  • Provide support to our field engineers as required.

Skills required:

  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering manufacturing engineering or Physics, or a related field .

  • Proven experience in testing and calibrating high-precision electronic or electro-mechanical systems, preferably electron beam columns or similar equipment.

  • Strong understanding of electron beam technology and related systems.

  • Experience and adherence to work in a clean room environment and standard.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic and measurement tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and beam alignment equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and reporting test results.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and team work skills, both verbal and written.
