Job Description
- Maintain systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and CCC product certification requirements in coordination with the Management Representative.
- Establish and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System.
- Qualify materials and components to meet quality requirements.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers.
- Review existing suppliers quality performance and drive improvements.
- Conduct supplier audits and support supplier development.
- Establish and maintain process quality standards.
- Develop work instructions for assembly processes.
- Develop work instructions for moulding processes.
- Analyse quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor defect levels in parts per million (PPM) and drive reductions.
- Qualify parts and vendors for new projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement Kaizen initiatives and process excellence ideas.
- Apply quality control (QC) tools to reduce defects and optimise processes.
- Drive quality improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate defective products returned by customers and implement solutions across factory stock and production processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvements in customer-reported defect levels (PPM).
