Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Planning Engineerwith a strong background in mechanical engineering and aerospace component producibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process planning, inspection planning, and the ability to translate engineering drawings into practical shop floor processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze engineering drawingsand specifications.
• 
  
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)for process planning and inspection.
• 
  
• Prepare stage models, drawings, and process flow documents.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)and Control Plans.
• 
  
• Support shop floor activities, ensuring alignment with process specifications.
• 
  
• Drive producibility studies for aerospace componentsto optimize manufacturing processes.
• 
  
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to improve process efficiency.
