Position - Manufacturing Process Consultant

Location: Noida

Experience - 8 plus years

Contractual Role

Required Experience

• 8 plus years experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of engineering change management processes, including:
• Product Change Orders (PCO)
• Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
• Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
• Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as:
• ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
• PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or similar)
• Document management systems.
• Experience conducting process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations.
• Background in industrial engineering or operations excellence.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Understanding of BOM structures, routing, and production workflows
