Required Experience
- 8+ years experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of engineering change management processes, including:
○ Product Change Orders (PCO)
○ Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
○ Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
○ Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as:
○ ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
○ PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or similar)
○ Document management systems.
○ Experience conducting process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
○ Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
