Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Consultant to support an AI-led modernization initiative for the Product Change Management process of a global manufacturing organization. The role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to analyze existing workflows and translate them into structured processes for automation and AI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process discovery and stakeholder interviews across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Map and document the end-to-end Product Change Management lifecycle (PCO / ECR / ECN).
• Analyze interactions between manufacturing processes and enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP preferred) and PLM tools.
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to convert workflows into structured inputs for automation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 810 years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (PCO, ECR, ECN).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia), and document management systems.
• Strong process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with PLM implementations, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Exposure to digital transformation or AI-driven manufacturing initiatives.
