Manufacturing Operations Consultant

Our Client, a leading global management consulting organization is looking to engage with a Manufacturing Operations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze manufacturing plant operations, processes, productivity, and overall plant performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, capacity optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Support manufacturing transformation / operational excellence initiatives and develop actionable recommendations.
• Track implementation of recommendations and support the plant team in achieving targeted improvements.

Skills Required

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing / plant operations.
• BE/B.Tech + MBA is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing plant / factory environment.
• Strong understanding of production, plant operations, productivity, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience in Operational Excellence / Lean / Continuous Improvement would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tirupati / Chittoor.
• Prior management consulting / consulting project experience would be an added advantage.
• Telugu speaking is mandatory.
