Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing Manager based in Noida, with full time onsite work. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage production planning, ensure quality control, and monitor manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include optimizing operational workflows, improving production efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and coordinating between teams to meet production targets.

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control and assurance processes
• Proven experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and meet production deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing practices is a plus
