JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Align IMMC capacity with President's Operating Report (POR)and Sales and Operations (S&OP) needs to impact customer service level and inventory management

  • IMMC capability to reduce IntraCo back-back purchases and impact IMMC PDSL/RDSL

  • Direct the manufacture of products to meet established performance standards and output targets, including:

  • Production

  • Material Warehouse

  • Production Control

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Manufacturing System

  • Quality Assurance of IMMC manufactured products

  • Safety and environmental plans for all product lines

  • Provides engineering design and control of existing products and new products after release from product development Assures timely completion of product improvement, line extension and cost reduction programs

  • Handles high engineering content custom designs

  • Manages Capital Expenditures ensuring prioritization and-timely acquisition.

  • Balances capacity and material supply against forecast and actual demands in achieving inventory and service level goals

  • Manages assigned operating (management information) systems efforts Interfaces with other company groups to optimize corporate related systems

  • Participates with other management personnel in managing overall operations matters Assures a healthy interface and collaboration with other MSOL factories

  • managing all key performance indicators for Production, Engineering, Stores, and Production IT

  • Works with AP countries to ensure customer satisfaction, visiting customers as needed

  • Drives year over year quality, speed, inventory and productivity improvements through digital and automation initiatives

  • Promotes a lean culture ensure resource development for lean and six sigma initiatives

  • Participates in Sales and Operations (S&OP) process by reviewing demand plans, establishing build plans and collaborating on materials

You quickly and decisively take action in fast-changing, unpredictable situations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering

  • Eight (8) years related experience
