Summary:
Collaborate with business partners and end users to determine business objectives by reviewing business functions. Assist business teams in gathering IT requirements for gateway assessment and approval. Act as a project leader or team member to deliver defined project scopes within time and cost boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site manufacturing applications and infrastructure for incident and problem management, driving service performance improvement based on trend and root cause analysis.
- Validate applications and infrastructure during change requests and project implementations.
- Identify risks from daily operations and assess them to proactively drive mitigation plans for interim and permanent solutions.
- Serve as a liaison for vulnerabilities mitigation across IT areas including applications, OT devices, servers, and software components.
- Participate in rotating on-call support with the local team.
- Perform any other assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in IT-related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing facilities for both IT applications and infrastructure.
- Oral and written English skills required to work with global IT teams.
Required Skills:
- Resolving issues with existing solutions using ITSM process discipline (Incident, Change, and Problem).
- Strong end-user support experience for communication and coordination.
Preferred Skills:
- Business knowledge in manufacturing processes.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Quick learner and good team player.
