Job Description
Key missions of the position:
- Ensure that the Shift output met as per Plan
- Ensure that Improvement target met as per Plan
- Ensure Implementation of relevant clause requirements of IRIS/EHS.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Safety & Compliance
Follow safety procedures and PPE compliance.
Maintain 7S, housekeeping, and safe work environment.
Ensure IRIS / EHS standards compliance.
Quality Assurance
Ensure products meet quality specifications.
Coordinate with QA team for inspections and testing.
Investigate rejection, defects, and customer complaints.
Production Planning & Execution
Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Plan manpower, machines, and materials for smooth operations.
Monitor shift-wise production output.
Process Control
Supervise mixing, pressing, curing, grinding & Finishing processes.
Maintain process parameters as per standards.
Reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Machine Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance.
Reduce machine breakdowns and downtime.
Team Management
Supervise operators and manufacturing officers staff.
Provide training to workers on SOPs and safety.
Maintain discipline and attendance.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily production reports.
Maintain rejection, downtime, and Production Plan vs Actual records.
Continuous Improvement
Implement Kaizen, Lean, OEE improvement activities.
Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
